Nicole Hamilton, ABR, SFR

Born in Quebec as a French Canadian, Nicole has a unique linguistic and cultural background. She worked in Montreal (Canada), Tunis (Tunisia) and Lausanne (Switzerland) as a Registered Nurse (RN). After practicing a few years as a health care professional, Nicole studied at Montreal University and obtained a degree in mathematics and an advanced degree in econometrics. She acquired extensive experience as a contractor and with the natural gas industry, in the storage and transportation sectors, prior to resettling in the United States.

Bob Hamilton, CDPE, SFR, CPA

Bob spent his youth in the Panama Canal Zone. He had a successful career as an Army Officer, CFO, and entrepreneur in Northern Virginia. A graduate of West Point, he also holds an MBA, CPA license, the CDPE and the SFR designations. Bob has over 20 years of licensed active real estate experience, which makes him a most valuable team member. Because of his qualifications and expertise, you will proceed with knowledge of the financial and tax impact of the numerous decisions involved both before and after closing your transaction. First time buyers have often appreciated the help to balance payroll tax withholding from employment wages, to assist with monthly mortgage payments.
